Smoothstone IP Communications has just announced that they have developed an application which is a first of its kind. It is a mobile interface that is designed to let executives and managers control the corporate call centres under their supervision wherever they are.

Corporate users of the 3G iPhone as well as iPod Touch that have downloaded the Intelligent Call Control or ICC from Smoothstone may now use the ICC application in their Apple Inc. devices.
Below are some of the features that they may use:
- reroute the calls to a call centre location or to
- manage the call queues in multiple locations easily
- a drag-and-drop interface that lets the user transfer the held calls
- see the analytics and the statistics of the call centre agent and call activity instantly
- listen to the live calls through the Bluetooth headset
With the latest mobile ICC interface from Smoothstone, the clients are no longer confined in their laptops or desktop. Through the use of the iPhone and iPod Touch, they can already manage the call centres wherever they go.
